Hi, My name is Kathy Hill-Eave. I am currently an Assistant Director at a Preschool. I was a 4/5 year old teacher for 25 years. I began movement/exercise in my early 20’s. Exercise makes me feel better mentally, so therefore I do some form of movement daily. Strength training is my favorite workout. I also love dancing, Zumba and TRX. My goal is to just to keep moving and enjoying me!
