First and foremost I am a Mum to a 10 year old girl, I’ve a busy work schedule. I love travelling, shopping, and working out.. including pad work/ box fit!
I’m finding that as I’m getting older the loss of estrogen levels are affecting my body in various ways, which I’m having to try new and different exercises, as well as widening my food choices to maintain a healthy weight.
My main goal is to stay consistent with training and keeping fit for a healthier lifestyle and maintain my mental health. Working out has helped me through various life challenges and gives me focus and purpose…
So now, as I approach a huge milestone I intend to become the best version of me! For me and my daughter!
