I joined the MA Community in January 2021 and I love it! I’ve learned how to incorporate movement, healthy nutrition and mental health into my everyday life. As a busy mom, wife, and full-time employee, I’ve found the MA Programs to be a daily outlet for life’s stressors and the multiple demands I face everyday. I’ve learned to prioritize self-care by carving out “me time” every morning to move my body and refuel my mind before my day begins. I’ve learned to invest in myself in order to be the best version of myself for those I serve around me. The changes are gradual and it takes consistency, but what I love most is that I’m not working towards a 60-day goal, I’m striving to have a permanent lifestyle change in order to feel well and be well!
