I am a mom of two girls. I have been married to my husband for 13 years. Our children are twelve and five years old. I work full-time. I have been in the active lifestyle since 2014 and yo-yo dieting since middle school. Before 2014 I had never stepped in into a gym. A friend of mind was my motivator who pushed me to start. Ever since I have tried to be active. I really like the feeling of energy rush after a workout. This time around is the second time in my life I work out early in the morning, and I really enjoy it and also being able to do it from home (living room space). Before this I never thought I could actually do from home.
