🌟 Welcome 🌟

Started following Massy a few years ago when I saw her working out with her daughter in tow and I thought hell if she can I can too!! I began CrossFit along with Zumba and some other things not knowing that she had her own brand. I was enjoying working out but wasn’t really gaining anything (nutritionally) so no “changes” were happening! I felt good and that’s what kept me going. Then…QUARANTINE HIT 💥 saw Massy again (coincidence 🤷🏾‍♀️) and got with the program! Bought everything (on sale of course 🙄) and  slowly got into it. Doing good then…COVID 😩 now…NOTHING 😑

So here we are…again 🤫 waiting to ELEVATE this body 💪🏾🦵🏾🏋🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️
