Question 4: Adduction of Femurs
Can we adduct our femurs?
Roll to your side forming a 90° angle with your torso and femurs, and femurs with lower limb (side-lying 90/90)
While in this side-lying 90/90 position, give yourself a pillow while the feet remain on a wall
If lying on your left side, lift your right leg (still bent at 90°) off the left.
Extend the right hip so that the right knee is now near the wall
Drop the right knee toward the floor
Hip/Limb should be able to extend fully and adduct fully (knee comes close to touching the floor)
Repeat on the left and compare sides
