Question 3: Straight Leg Raise

How is our straight leg raise?

Lay on your back with one foot flush to a wall

Keeping the left leg straight, raise the right leg as much as possible

The left leg should not lift off the ground

The left foot should not come off the wall

Normal range of motion is ~90°

Repeat with the left leg
