I actually sautee it with some olive oil and garlic, then add some salt and a good squeeze of lemon at the end. Enjoy as a side to any meal.
Or it can be used in soups or curries.
My favourite soup recipe: Sautee onion, garlic, cubed potatoes and carrots, chard, cumin salt black pepper and cooked green lentils. Add veggie stock and allow it all to simmer until cooked. Done! Add lemon if you like too it’s amazing.
