    the easiest way to track what your body works with well is to eat the same foods for one week and take note in a journal how you feel after eating each meal. Then see which meals made you feel bloated or made you feel good and then change ingredients that could be responsible for negative responses. It will take time but it is the best way to remove ingredients you are sensitive to.
