    The Total Body Aerobic Workout only has videos for stretch and says to walk on the treadmill for 30 min. Is there more to this?

    Also there are only 5 workout days – what are you supposed to do the other 2 days? Does this mean, the nutrition plan “week” only 5 days too?

    Each week there is a total body aerobic workout (mobility and conditioning).

    The conditioning (LISS) or you can do HIIT and the 2 sets of mobility workouts for the day.

    As for the meal plan you eat the same meal for the 7 days, once you reach the week 6 you start over again with week 1, repeat the meal plan until the end of the program.

      Is there a library of HIIT workout somewhere I can go to?

        Jhoanna, there is not a library for HIIT workouts, but as you go further into the program, the conditioning advances into more HIIT style conditioning.
