Alternatives for Bunion Issues?
This was the best discussion I could find to post this in. I have one on my right big toe which is hindering me from doing strict pushups, lunges, planks, cat cows & bear crawls. Rather than risk irritating my big toe when I do these strict all the time, I’m resorting to modifications. I’m disappointed having to do this, but it’s to avoid furthering more damage so I don’t have to undergo surgery. I use toe spacers during the day for comfort.
Does anyone else have Bunion issues? If so, do you do the aforementioned exercises in strict form? Any special tools or toe spacers that help you? 💪🦵
