Get ready to blast fat and build muscle all in one workout. This workout is a circuit style of training where we take very little rest between the movements of a circuit. This will be a core and glute focused workout.

This way we target both aerobic and anaerobic pathways to get the benefits of strength training and cardio.

On this video I take no breaks between all sets of all circuits. Go at your own pace and choose a resistance (weight) that challenges you. One can do this body weight too.
